In Him Construction Inc started when Tanya and Raymond, husband and wife deciding to take a leap of faith in themselves and for their children. They knew their talents and skills could be utilized to aid families with their construction needs, and they wanted to make a difference in people’s lives along with growing in knowledge.
Our Story
Tanya comes with 20+ years of experience in account management, logistics, distribution and transportation. She has worked with homeowners, business owners, businesses and retailers. She loves to help people succeed. Tanya was diagnosed with an invisible illness that would cause her to not be able to do the day-to-day work shift, so she needed to find a business opportunity that would work with her body needs.
Raymond comes with 20+ years of experience in construction and is our company’s licensed general contractor. He has so much knowledge that some people like to call him “Google” as a joke. He knows plumbing, electrical, framing and pretty much anything construction, but the type of man he is, he will tell you if he doesn’t know and offer help to get you the information needed.
He has worked in commercial properties, luxury homes, apartments and condos. He is what you call a social bug who is always trying to go above and beyond what the customer needs with a heart of gold and a personality that is one of kind. Together they are a perfect team. She helps him and he helps her to keep building each other up. All they knew when starting this company was that they wanted to help people’s dreams become a reality and build long lasting relationships along the way.
They knew, through God (In Him) all things are possible, so they created In Him Construction Inc a woman minority owned company in the hopes of work with different communities.
The services that we offer are all residential and commercial construction. We like to say we are a one stop shop to alleviate the hassle for the homeowners/business owners when having to find a contractor for each area of service needed, we do it all for you. We have licensed trade contractors we partnered with.
If it’s a full re-pipe we have a plumber, if you need a new electrical panel we have an electrician, if it’s a new roof we have a licensed roofer. We try to help take away the stress that builds up when trying to remodel or build with multiple trades. We are aware that some contractors may take advantage of clients.
Therefore, we strive to educate you on what should and shouldn’t be done to avoid potential issues that other contractors might not warn you about simply to secure the work.

Our company relies on referrals, maintaining operations through honesty, reliability, knowledge, and trustworthiness.
